Vucic seeks NATO approval to send troops to Kosovo

Tensions are escalating in northern Kosovo, as Serbian protesters block roads for a second day. Multiple shots and explosions were also reported after the arrest of a former Serb officer. Trouble has flared in the region, after decisions by the Kosovar government, which ethnic Serb's see as discriminatory. Ali Mustafa has the story.
