The Dutch government has formally apologised to the UN peacekeepers for the "exceptional circumstances in which the near-impossible" was asked after they were blamed for failing to prevent the Srebrenica genocide in July 1995 during the Bosnian war. #Srebrenicagenocide #RatkoMladic #DutchUNPeacekeepers
