The 190 migrants, mainly Eritreans and Somalis, were rescued in the Mediterranean. The International Organisation for Migration (IOM) gathered testimonies from migrants and they said they had been forcibly held in Libya for up to two years, beaten and tortured. #migrants #Italyrefugees #Libyarefugees
