Chile Mudslide: Torrential rains lead to deadly disaster
Rescue operations are under way in Chile after a mudslide destroyed a small village and left five people dead. The Chilean president has declared the region a disaster zone after the town of Villa Santa Lucia was buried under mud. Philip Owira reports.
