Bronx Fire: Several dead in blaze in NY neighborhood

A fire has also claimed 12 lives in the Bronx in New York. The cause of the fire is still unknown. New York City's mayor Bill DeBlasio says the death toll is likely to rise. TRT World Correspondent Joseph Hayat has this report.
