Money Talks: Venezuela raises minimum wage by 40%
Mobs of people in Venezuela have been gathering at supermarkets. President Nicolas Maduro forced shops to slash prices to levels of a month ago. Maduro is desperately trying to soften the impact of record inflation. He has also raised the minimum wage, but as Ben Tornquist reports, most Venezuelans still won't be any better off.
