Taiwan Earthquake: Magnitude 6.4 quake hits eastern coastal city
Rescue operations in Taiwan are underway after a massive earthquake left at least four people dead. The magnitude 6-point-4 quake shook the coastal city of Hua-lien late Tuesday night. Kerry Alexandra reports.
