With a drought looming, Cape Town could become world’s first major city to run out of water
Cape Town is in the middle of a major drought, with people being limited to 50 litres a day. Unless serious rainfall comes soon, the South African city will be the world's first major metropolitan area to run out of water. Vanessa Conneely reports.
