Putin signs decree taking over Russian assets of foreign firms
The Kremlin is defending a decree by Vladimir Putin that will allow the government to take control of assets of foreign companies operating in Russia. But, potentially more concerning is Moscow's threat to pull out of the Black Sea grain deal brokered by the United Nations and Türkiye and due to expire. TRT World's Andy Roesgen has the latest.
