The UN Secretary-General has spoken out against Israel's plans to build thousands more illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank. But the Israeli government is not backing down. The United States has also criticised the idea of such settlements, which are one of the fundamental issues, in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Rupert Stone reports.
