Singapore kicks off the world’s first Olympic E-Sports Week
The International Olympic Committee is holding its first Olympic E-Sports Week. The chief of the IOC has appeared as a hologram to welcome participants to an event in Singapore which celebrates the physical world of sport meeting the virtual world. Andy Miah, Professor of Science Communication weighs in.
