Seoul boosts CCTVs after teacher's rape and murder
South Korea has been rocked by a spate of violent crimes against women. The recent rape and murder of a female school teacher on an urban walking trail has prompted Seoul's mayor to increase the number of CCTV cameras in public areas. Activists say the crimes need to be taken more seriously, and point to broader social problems. Frank Smith reports.
