Just a day after Azerbaijan launched an anti-terror operation in Karabakh, Armenian armed groups have agreed to a ceasefire deal brokered by Russian peacekeepers. A headline demand is the total disarmament of Armenia’s illegal military forces. Aksel Zaimovic reports.
