COP28's UAE president defends climate science comments

The United States is one of the world's biggest climate polluters. Since taking office, President Joe Biden has committed to investing billions of dollars to tackle the climate crisis, using Congress to introduce new laws which can't easily be rolled back by a successor. So why isn't he at the UN Climate Conference in Dubai? From Washington, Yasmine El-Sabawi reports.
