UFOs have definitely been spotted but are they alone proof that aliens exist? Unexplained objects like the so-called giant tic-tac UFO, which was spotted by US Navy pilots, has piqued curiosity across the world, and so have whistleblowers who claim governments are covering up the existence of aliens. So Nexus spoke to David Spergel, the man put in charge of NASA’s Independent Study Team which studies Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena, to ask what evidence he has seen.
