Officials: All prison staff held hostage by inmates are now free
All 178 prison staff held by inmates at seven prisons in Ecuador have been freed. The country declared a state of emergency on Monday after the prison staff were captured. The government said more than 1000 prisoners have been arrested since the beginning of the week. Ilyas Avci reports. #ecuador
