South Korea encouraging reclusive youth to socialise
A growing number of young people in South Korea are living in isolation in an alarming phenomenon which has prompted government intervention. Although the problem was made worse by the COVID-19 pandemic, several factors suggest re-integrating the troubled youth may require a more comprehensive approach. Frank Smith has this report.
