Moscow: No survivors in crash of plane carrying 65 Ukrainian POWs
Russia has called for an emergency UN Security Council meeting following the crash of one of its planes it says was shot down by Ukraine. Moscow said 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war were on board. Our Europe correspondent Simon McGregor-Woood has the latest.
