Motherhood vs Careers - is it possible to have both?
English singer-songwriter Lily Allen recently joked that having children ruined her career, while US tennis legend Serena Williams has described being a mum as her greatest achievement. But both agree that juggling work and motherhood can be a challenge.
Whether it’s due to time constraints, childcare costs, or the gender pay gap, women are being left behind in the world of work.
So the question is: if nothing changes - will more women leave the workforce or will they be forced to abandon plans to have children altogether?
