Kosovo referendum faces Serb boycott over mayoral dismissal
On Sunday, Kosovo's four Serb-majority northern districts will vote in a referendum to dismiss their Albanian mayors. The mayors were initially elected after a boycott by Serbs, whose political representatives have called for another boycott. Haris Ademi has more.
