Enforced disappearances in Uganda on the rise

In Uganda, cases of people being snatched from their loved ones have risen since 2019. As the world marks the International Day of Victims of Enforced Disappearances on August 30, Darren Allan Kyeyune visited the home of a missing man from Kampala.
