US election 'Nostradamus' makes 2024 prediction

He's been called the 'Nostradamus' of US presidential elections. And on Thursday, historian and professor Allan Lichtman made his prediction of which candidate will win the White House in November. Lichtman has correctly called the winner of nearly every US election since the 1980s. Craig Boswell has more from Washington.
