Uzbek national detained over Russian nuclear chief's killing
Russia has said a 29-year-old man from Uzbekistan is responsible for killing its nuclear chief. Moscow aid he'd been detained, claiming he was recruited by Ukrainian special forces. Russia has vowed revenge, as Ukraine’s president heads to Brussels for talks with European allies. Victoria Innes has more.
