Ukraine says reconstruction vital for public morale
A Russian attack has killed four people in the Ukrainian capital Kiev, according to the city's military administration. But despite concerns about more Russian attacks, Ukrainian officials say reconstruction efforts across the country must continue for public morale. TRT World's Hasan Abdullah reports.
