State of emergency declared in region hit by guerrilla fighting in Colombia
In Colombia's northeastern Catatumbo region, violent clashes between guerilla groups have killed more than 100 people and displaced nearly 20,000 in the past week. The conflict has prompted President Gustavo Petro to declare a state of emergency and deploy thousands of troops to restore order. Hilal Uzun reports.
