HRW: International sanctions hampering Syria's reconstruction

International sanctions on Syria continue to impact a country emerging from decades of dictatorship and years of war. Earlier this week, Human Rights Watch said those sanctions are hampering reconstruction efforts and the restoration of basic services. Bassam Bounenni has more from Damascus.
