It appears there's a breakthrough to end the deadlock between Hamas and Israel that might get the two sides closer to 'phase two' of the Gaza ceasefire deal. They've been at odds over Israel's delay in releasing hundreds of Palestinian prisoners last weekend. Andy Roesgen has the latest.
