EU leaders gather in Brussels to discuss trade and Ukraine disputes

European leaders will convene in Brussels on Thursday to formulate the continent’s response to an escalating rift with the United States. While Ukraine is expected to dominate discussions, the looming trade conflict between the two economic superpowers will remain a key concern for many leaders. Alex Cadier reports from Brussels.
