UNICEF says over a third of Palestinians killed are children

Israel’s renewed air strikes on Gaza have devastated families who sought refuge in so-called safe zones. Paramedics say they are overwhelmed by scale of the attacks. A UN report now accuses Israel of targeting women and children in ways that may amount to genocide. Ashraf Shannon reports from Gaza.
