Massive power outage rocks large parts of Spain and Portugal

An electricity blackout has hit Spain and Portugal, disrupting public transport, causing traffic jams and huge delays in flights. The Spanish Grid operator says there will be 'gradual' recovery of supply that could take six to 10 hours. Danielle Neri reports.
