Japan prepares for possible megaquake
A recent report by Japan's government says the build-up of tectonic strains off its southwest Pacific coast could cause a megaquake that could kill as many as 300,000 people. Japan is already one of the most earthquake-prone countries in the world. Authorities now say the chances of a magnitude 8 to 9 quake stands at about 80%. Patrick Fok reports from Tokyo.
