EU introduces tariffs on Russian fertilisers
The European Union has imposed tariffs on Russia's nitrogen-based fertilisers, saying the decision will help slow Moscow's war machine. EU officials say the move will also reduce European farmers' reliance on Russian imports, but in the short term, the bloc faces significant challenges. Emre Boz reports.
