Lee Jae-myung sworn in as South Korean president
Lee Jae-myung has been sworn in as president of South Korea after defeating his conservative rival Kim Moon-soo in Tuesday's snap election. Lee has vowed to 'heal wounds' with the nuclear-armed North. His victory is also expected to usher in change in Asia's fourth-largest economy. Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
