Three killed in Indonesia after government building set ablaze by protesters
Three people died and five were injured in Indonesia after protesters set fire to a Makassar city council building, authorities said.

Protests began in the capital, Jakarta, this week over low wages and lawmakers’ pay, escalating on August 29 after a police armoured vehicle hit and killed a motorcycle taxi driver.
