In Israel’s most heavily guarded prison wing, guards implement strict deprivation measures, including limited outdoor time, surprise nighttime searches and bans on daytime rest.

According to the report, dozens of those held in the wing could face death sentences if proposed legislation allowing capital punishment is passed.
