Child pneumonia spikes in Pakistan's dry, cold weather
Pneumonia cases in children increased in Pakistan this winter. In the Punjab province, more than 200 children are thought to have died since the New Year. Most of the victims were malnourished, and hadn't been vaccinated. Claire Herriot reports.
