Dozens dead after Russia strikes Ukraine's Sumy city
The mayor of the Ukrainian city of Sumy reports that 34 people, including children, have been killed in a Russian air strike. 84 people have also been injured. The deadly attack has been strongly condemned by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who is urging the United States and Europe to take decisive action. Danielle Neri has the latest.
