Erdogan to visit Cairo to hold talks with Sisi on Syria
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is headed to the Egyptian capital Cairo to attend the Developing Eight or D8 summit. With the leaders of Egypt and Iran also there, it’s another opportunity for Türkiye to use its diplomatic weight to help bring the countries of the region closer together. TRT World’s Kubra Akkoc reports from Cairo.
