Floods wreak havoc in eastern, northern India and Afghanistan

Heavy rains causing floods have killed at least 50 in India. In the northern state of Himachal Pradesh, a bridge has also collapsed, kiling two. In the eastern part of the country, flood victims have gathered in a relief camp in the city of Jagat-singhpur.
