Fourth session of UN-led plastic treaty talks begin in Ottowa

The fourth session of the Intergovernmental Negotiation committee, or INC4, is set to begin today in Ottowa. The UN-led plastic treaty talks will focus on crafting a legally-binding global pact on plastic pollution. Agreements are expected at the week-long summit, but so are challanges. Yunus Emre has more.
