Haitian PM resigns as gangs seize more control of the country
Haiti's Prime Minister has resigned, adding to the chaos already enveloping his country. Ariel Henry has been stranded in Puerto Rico. The news comes after a meeting of regional leaders in Jamaica, hoping to find a way to wrest control of Haiti back from violent anti-government gangs. Andy Roesgen has more.
