Israel grants property rights to settlers in occupied West Bank

Palestinians are confronted with a controversial Israeli government decision known as the 'Land Settlement' plan, which favours settlers and is now being enforced. The move threatens to seize control of more than 60% of the occupied West Bank, specifically Area C. Mohammad Elwan reports from Ramallah.
