Italy's migrant centre in Albania opened on Thursday with reception camps set to house thousands of asylum seekers who are picked up at sea. In a bold and controversial move, Italy has struck a deal with Albania to house migrants while their claims are being processed. Abdulvehab Ejupi explains.
