M23 rebels advance in DR Congo amid tensions with Rwanda
Rwanda-backed M23 rebels have seized two districts in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo after taking control of the major city of Goma. DRC’s President Felix Tshisekedi has refused to meet with Rwanda's President Paul Kagame, accusing him of supporting the rebels. Thousands are fleeing to the border town of Gisenyi. Grace Kuria Kanja reports.
