Mark Carney wins race to succeed Trudeau as Canada's PM
Canada's next Prime Minister has vowed to win the country's trade war against the United States. Mark Carney - a former governor of the Bank of England - won the race to succeed Justin Trudeau as Canada's prime minister with 85 percent of the votes. He takes over at a time of increasing economic instability. Danielle Neri reports.
