Reporting the news in conflict zones is always dangerous. And Palestinian journalists are often victims caught up in the battle for survival. Media workers face growing violence in the occupied West Bank, while in Gaza, almost certain death. Mohammad Al-Kassim reports from one of the flashpoints of Israeli attacks.
