Noboa wins Ecuador run-off with 56% of votes
Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa has been re-elected. He defeated challenger Luisa Gonzalez in a hard-fought vote that seemed to be neck and neck until the very end. Michael Fox has the story from Quito.
