Number of people forcibly displaced globally reached 120M in 2023
The UN Refugee Agency says more than 120 million people were forcibly displaced last year. That's six million more than in 2022. The UN agency's commissioner, Filippo Grandi, is expecting the figures to continue rising, as the world witnesses dozens of conflicts. Bassam Bounenni has more.
