Philippines Senate launches probe into Duterte’s arrest

The Philippine Senate announced on Monday it will begin an investigation into last week's arrest of Rodrigo Duterte. The former president is accused by the International Criminal Court of crimes against humanity for actions taken during his ‘war on drugs’. Jan Camenzind Broomby has more from Manila.
