Prisoner of war exchange begins between Russia and Ukraine
Russia and Ukraine have exchanged a group of prisoners of war under the age of 25 — marking the first step toward what could become the largest prisoner swap of the conflict so far. The exchange was agreed upon during the second round of talks held in Istanbul earlier this month. Our correspondent Paul Hawkins was in Chernahviv, Ukraine, for some emotional reunions.
